| BIOGRAPHY |
Jim has been coaching since April,2000, starting with the Under 8's, taking the same players through to Under 13's this year.
Ever the family man, Jim seen here with wife Kim and younger son George. Jim has an older son, Joe.
Jim is currently working his way through a Level 2 Coaching Certificate through the London Leisure College at the David Beckham Academy in Greenwich, London.
Jim also supports the Committee in the developmental aspects of the Club and is currently coordinating the Club's application for the FA Charter Mark.
Jim supports West Ham United, with Bobby Moore and Trevor Brooking as his all time favourite players.
Jim's ambition is to coach the present Under 13's all the way through to Under18's with as many of the current crop of players still in the squad. Jim wants to see Junior Falcons FC established as the best Club in London in terms of what it offers its' players, parents, coaches and management.
LIKES: Coaching and helping players discover and learn for themselves how to improve their game.
DISLIKES: Win at any cost approach that can overshadow individual and team performance.
